Your laptop already has the power. Hive turns it into an always-on employee — sending outreach, running AI agents, scraping leads, and executing tasks while you focus on what matters.
Your MacBook has more compute power than a 2015 data center. But right now it sits idle 90% of the day — running a browser and Spotify while you do the same manual work every morning.
Hive turns that idle hardware into a workforce. Outreach campaigns run while you eat breakfast. Lead scraping happens while you're in meetings. AI agents work through your task list while you sleep. Zero cloud costs. Zero new hardware. Just the machine you already carry.
No cloud account. No credit card. No DevOps. Just your machine.
Click "Add Machine" in the IRIS dashboard. Name your machine, get a one-time API key. That's it — your machine now has an identity in the network.
Run one command: node daemon.js --api-key node_live_xxx. The daemon detects your hardware (CPU, RAM, GPU, battery), connects to the hub via WebSocket, and goes online. It auto-hibernates on battery and wakes when you plug in.
Open the Campaigns tab and hit launch. Or dispatch from the CLI. Or let your AI agents send tasks automatically. Your machine picks up the work, executes it locally, and reports results back to your dashboard in real time.
Your machine does the work
Hiring people or buying cloud
Hive's daemon is open source. Every machine that joins the network makes it stronger. We're not building another walled garden — we're building infrastructure that belongs to the people who use it.
If you build AI tools, automate workflows, or run local models — this is your platform. Contribute code. Connect your machine. Join the network.
Every creator, entrepreneur, developer, and small business owner has more compute sitting idle on their desk than most companies had access to a decade ago. Hive doesn't ask you to buy more hardware or rent someone else's cloud. It puts the machine you already own to work — on your terms, on your schedule, for your goals.
